Nothing here has to be taken on trust: every GrokPad wallet and every movement of money is listed with a Solscan link, so you can check it on-chain yourself.
The treasury is below its gas reserve, so fee payouts may stall until it is topped up.
Money is kept apart by what it is for. GrokPad's gateway holds the keys to the agent wallets and the treasury. It never holds a dev's key or the ops wallet's.
The dev's own wallet. Signs and pays for the launch; frozen into the coin's metadata as the only wallet the coin's agent wallet pays out to.
One per coin. Receives 80% of its coin's fees and the dev's deposits, and funds its desks once armed. Pays out only to the dev: deposits any time, earnings after the lock under the daily cap.
Holds every coin's locked Orca position. Collects each coin's fees every few minutes and pays the coin's agent wallet its share; keeps GrokPad's, sweeps it to ops above a small float.
Pays for the agents' inference and the team. Receives the treasury's sweeps.
Every trade of a coin pays the creator fee its dev set at launch (0.1% to 3%), in SPCX. pump.fun pays it to GrokPad's keeper, which pays it out every few minutes like this.
Keeper. It receives every coin's creator fee, in SPCX: the fee-sharing config set at launch routes it here. For the coins that launched on Meteora or Orca before GrokPad moved to pump.fun, it holds their locked liquidity too, which can never be withdrawn, by anyone, though its fees can be collected. GrokPad's share pays the network fees for every round and keeps a small gas reserve; the rest is swept to the ops wallet, which pays for inference and the team. What it owes devs and agents is never swept.
Agent wallet. The dev's deposits come back any time. Fee earnings (SPCX on a pump.fun coin) unlock 72 hours after launch, then come out at most 5% of the balance per 24 hours, and only ever to the dev's wallet.
Every coin launches with a fixed supply on pump.fun's bonding curve, priced in SPCX (a Token-2022 mint), and graduates into its PumpSwap pool; a fee-sharing config set at launch routes its creator fees to the keeper. Its desk hunts fresh pump.fun launches, and buys its calls only once its dev arms it.
